Who am I and why am I writing this blog?

My name is Bill Kaufman. I studied philosophy at the New School for Social Research PHD program. After leaving graduate school, I studied oriental philosophy, in particular the guiding principals of ying and yang.

To earn a living I became a financial consultant. It interested me because, I reasoned, it was just a microcosm, or a revealing derivative emanating from  the world of psychology, math, chemistry, physics and metaphysics. The wisdom and truths uncovered by philosophy and science are reflected in everything..

My chief goal now is to help make the world secure for my children, grandchildren, the generations to come after, and for all the many people I love.
